Light Artist Frequently Asked Questions

Lexi provides a marketplace for Light Artists to sell their Light Art Creations. We currently have four types of Light Art that you can create and sell-Scenes, Patterns, Light Shows and Designs. We currently have no devices that can support Patterns, but we plan to offer them soon and will alert you when we do.

It's easy to set up a shop on Lexi. Create an Lexi account (if you don’t already have one), choose a shop name, create a listing and set up your payment method.

In the Lexi Cloud App there is a section for Light Artists to upload, manage, report upon and delete their Light Art.

In the Light Artist section of the Cloud App you will find a preview Light Art function.

In the Lexi Marketplace, buyers have the ability to watch a video of your Light Art. Lexi Users can Share their own Light Art.

Our system tags User Generated Light Art vs Purchased Light Art and only allows sharing of User Generated Light Art.

Starting a Light Art Shop in the Lexi Marketplace is free. There are two basic selling fees: a transaction fee and a payment processing fee.

Once a Light Art creation sells, there is a 15% transaction fee on the sale price).

We also collect a 3% + $0.25 payment processing fee when an item is sold

Yes, Lexi provides you with reporting tools on art sold by units, type, user, location as well as on revenues generated and commissions paid. You can view this data
by a variety of date periods as well.

Currently Lexi only makes payments via PayPal. We will be expanding the list of payment methods soon and notify you as this happens.

Because Light Art is a digital file that is immediately delivered to a buyer, we have a zero returns/sale final policy-i.e. Once a buyer consummates a transaction, they cannot request a refund or contest the sale as the product has been delivered.
